Circular, naturally biodegradable mycelium materials for interior spaces and packaging. Grown by nature, designed for the future.
A circular biocomposite grown from mushroom mycelium and upcycled agricultural byproducts. Naturally lightweight and effective at sound diffusion, these versatile sheets provide a natural alternative to petroleum based foams and synthetic boards
Porous bio-structure naturally helps diffuse sound reflections and moderate temperature.
Cellular composition provides inherent cushioning and shock dampening with minimal added weight.
Heat-cured and stable, with zero added synthetic binders, chemical glues, or resins.
Sound diffusion, protective transit inserts, specialised crating, interior surface finishes, and custom builds.
Custom sizes & batch enquiries available on request.
Custom cultivated to safeguard delicate and high value items in transit. Naturally shock absorbing, gentle on surfaces and thermally stable, this bio material provides a pure renewable substitute for disposable plastic packaging.
Naturally absorbs shocks and vibrations to protect fragile products during transit.
Inherent porous structure helps moderate temperature fluctuations during storage and transit.

Containers are filled with a blend of hemp fibres and mycelium substrate. As the living mycelium binds the loose fibres together, the trays are kept undisturbed in a controlled environment for 4 – 7 days to allow initial colonisation and solid formation.

The formed pieces are removed from their trays and transferred to racks for an additional two days of cultivation. During this stage, a velvety surface layer develops, creating a smooth and resilient bio-skin over the entire piece.

Finally, the pieces are heat-cured and dried to stop all mycelial growth. This curing process completely inactivates the material without producing any spores, resulting in a clean, stable and long-lasting final product.
Traditional packaging and conventional panels protect a product or space today, but pollute our planet forever. We believe there's a better way.
